Honor My Mother

Message from Our Lord and God Jesus Christ to Sister Beghe in Belgium on July 16, 2026 – On the Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel

My dearest Children,

Be Mine as I am yours. Love Me as I love you; come to Me as I await each of you at our appointed times. I am always ready to welcome you when you come to church; I await you there, and you come, happy to fulfill your duties toward Me.

When My Mother went to the Temple to pray, she went there with the enthusiasm of a bride reuniting with her Bridegroom, of a child rejoicing to be with her Father, to share happy memories and mutual affection with Him, and to find in Him a deeply comforting protection. For such is fatherhood: protection, comfort, understanding, and concern for the well-being and growth of one’s child.

The Holy Spirit is the Bridegroom who reveres His bride, who watches over her safety but who expects reciprocity from her: exchange, mutual understanding, and mutual upliftment, each doing good for the other, respecting, understanding, and supporting one another, both striving toward God and His will. My Mother was like this both toward the Holy Spirit and toward Joseph, and both of them revered and respected her as is proper between spouses.

Mary was wholly focused on fulfilling the divine Will, whatever it might be, and according to the Scriptures, which she knew well, she knew that the Messiah would be the Man of Sorrows, and it never occurred to her for a single moment to refuse this mission for her beloved Son, because she was already intrinsically and spiritually the Mother of mankind, just as Eve was literally the mother of humanity.

My Mother was lively and understanding, yet not impulsive; she sincerely loved those who approached her, and this genuine affection of a true friend was contagious. Everyone who knew her could feel without reservation that she was their sincere and very precious friend.

My Mother loved Me tenderly; she was strict, yes, because everything had its reason for being, but she was so more for her own sake than for others’. She was delightfully gentle and tender, yet it was never excessive or out of place. She was perfect, without flaw, and all her qualities were admirable and admired.

Joseph, My earthly father, loved her with admiration; he cared for her but with peace of mind, for she was content with everything, complained about nothing, and it seemed that discomfort meant nothing to her. We often practiced penance because we were not wealthy, and when a time of penance was imposed upon us, we thanked God for His goodness and His care for us.

My Mother had a deep inner life; she meditated on the Scriptures with all her faith. The Scriptures were My law; they proclaimed Me, and in them she recognized the hand of God—her Father, her Son, and her Spouse.

When I began My public life—My father Joseph having already passed away—she decided to follow Me along with other women who joined her, and she served as a foremost witness for My apostles after I had left them following My Ascension.

Venerate My Mother—yes, venerate My Mother, who is Immaculate, who never committed a single sin, who loved Me perfectly, and who was, on earth, the joy of My Most Holy Heart.

I gave her to you as your Mother in My suffering on the cross because, knowing Her maternal concern for all who approached Her, I knew divinely that She would be happy—yes, happy—to have you all as Her children. And now, from Heaven above, She is with you just as She was with Me: present, comforting, supportive, helpful, and perfectly maternal.

Motherhood is a special quality that I have given to women who desire to make themselves worthy of it, and those who despise it today are not worthy of Me. When God entrusts a task, a responsibility, to one of His creatures, if she refuses it, she is like the dishonest servant who robs her Master of what He is entitled to receive: children who will populate His Heaven and for whom He created both the material and spiritual universe.

My children, all women are partners in My work of creation, and I wish for them to follow the example of My Mother: chaste and generous, ready to give to God what He desires from them, without reservation and in accordance with My commandments.

Women who receive the grace of life within themselves and who oppose it by means contrary to God’s Will commit a grave act of disobedience and cruelty. Every conceived being deserves to live because God has given it life; any obstruction of the divine Will is a grave sin when it concerns a grave matter, yet life is not an option—it is a gift from God to the mother and father, and whoever refuses it places themselves in opposition to God: their sin will pursue them just as Cain’s sin pursued him even to the grave.

My children, do not be afraid to give life; do not hold it back; and raise your children in the faith and in obedience to the divine law. You will then be in the image of My Mother Mary, who accepted everything from Me because I am God, the Benefactor of My creatures.

I bless you and draw you to Me through all your acts of trust in My divine Providence.

In the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit †. Amen.

Your Lord and your God
